Book online and reserve a mat

Currently, we have 9 available space. You have the option to book (binding) via FITOGRAM until 1 hour before the class starts.

Of course, you can also drop in without booking and join, if we have free spaces.

Hygiene plan

We provide disinfectant in our entrance area and the bathrooms.
The marked spaced for the yoga mats ensure the required distance of 1,5 m between the students.

We clean the floor, the mats, the door handles and the bathrooms after each class.
We ventilate the room before and – if possible – during the classes.

Your contribution

Preferably, you arrive with a mask. On your mat, you can take it off, as there is enough distance to the others.

If possible, arrive in your yoga clothes. We are not allowed to open the changing room for changing. Though you can put your belongings in there during the classes.

If needed, bring you own drinks, as we are currently not allowed to offer you some. Please take care to keep the distance of 1.5 m to the others in front and inside the room. We are looking so much forward to the times, when we can join for a cup of tea after the classes.

Please remember to cough and sneeze into your elbow.
If you don’t feel well, please stay at home and take a rest.

If you have questions, we are happy to help you!

We offer an open-minded space for traditional Hatha Vinyasa Yoga.

A space inviting you to increase awareness of your mind and body – consciously and kind.

We connect our movement – some gentle, some more strong – with our breath.
In doing so your mind is allowed to gain an experience beyond the daily grind and find rest. No matter how long your breath or flexible your muscles.

Everybody is most warmly welcome!
