Why Yoga?

OUR CONCEPTION

„Teach what is appropriate for an individual“

T. Krishnamacharya

T. Krishnamacharya

We teach Yoga following the simple principles of T. Krishnamacharya, who is often referred to as the father of modern Yoga. Your practice, the breath and the connection of breathing and movement are important to us. For us, Yoga is a versatile toolbox capable to address all individual needs.

You want to relax and calm down? You want to strengthen your body and keep it flexible? Or do you wish to increase your mindfulness or reenergize? Your Yoga practice will help you getting there!
